Proof, with its approval status shown.

This is the part of the site a buyer reads first and trusts least, so we run it differently: every case study states its publication status, and no client name, logo, figure or quote appears here before that client has approved it in writing.

Plant reporting moved from spreadsheets to one pipeline

Awaiting approval

Confidential · name release pending client approval

Problem

Monthly operations reporting was rebuilt by hand at each site. Definitions differed between plants, so head office spent the first week of every month reconciling rather than deciding.

Solution

We mapped the reporting chain from instrument to board pack, agreed one definition per measure with the site teams, and built a scheduled pipeline into a single operations model.

Technology

Cloud data platform, scheduled ingestion, semantic layer, BI reporting.

Architecture

Source-aligned ingestion into a raw layer, conformed business model, reporting served from a governed semantic layer with per-site access control.

Implementation

Delivered by an embedded team working alongside the client's operations and IT staff. Runbook and handover training delivered as part of the engagement.

Outcome

Reporting is produced by a scheduled pipeline and owned by the client's own team. Specific figures are withheld until the client approves publication.

A release path that does not need a weekend

Awaiting approval

Confidential · name release pending client approval

Problem

Releasing the product required a coordinated weekend of downtime. Fear of release meant fixes queued up, which made each release larger and riskier than the last.

Solution

We decomposed the release path, containerised the services, introduced environment parity and put an automated, tested deployment pipeline in front of production.

Technology

Containerised services, CI/CD pipeline, infrastructure as code, observability stack.

Architecture

Service boundaries drawn along release coupling rather than domain purity, with a staged rollout and automated rollback.

Implementation

Joint team with the client's platform engineers. We ran the first releases together, then handed the pipeline over.

Outcome

Releases now happen during business hours as routine work. Specific figures are withheld until the client approves publication.

Access moved from per-application to one identity provider

In documentation

Anonymised at client request

Problem

Access was granted per application. There was no single record of who could reach what, and every compliance review turned into a project.

Solution

We consolidated authentication under one identity provider, mapped roles to job functions rather than individuals, and produced the audit trail the compliance team needed.

Technology

Single sign-on, role-based access control, centralised logging and audit reporting.

Architecture

One identity provider fronting the application estate, with role definitions held in version control and reviewed on a fixed cycle.

Implementation

Phased by application criticality, with the client's security lead approving each phase.

Outcome

Access review is now a report rather than a project. This case study is in documentation and not yet approved for publication.

Legacy-to-modern data migration with reconciliation as the test

In documentation

Confidential · name release pending client approval

Problem

A platform replacement had stalled twice because nobody could prove the migrated data matched the source.

Solution

We profiled the source, wrote the mapping with the business owners, and made reconciliation the acceptance test rather than a post-go-live check.

Technology

Profiling and mapping toolchain, automated reconciliation harness, cloud target platform.

Architecture

Staged migration with a reconciliation harness run at every stage and a documented exception process.

Implementation

Delivered with the client's data owners named per domain. Each domain signed off before cutover.

Outcome

Cutover completed against a reconciliation report signed by the business owners. Figures withheld pending approval.

Six more in documentation

The first tranche covers five to ten engagements, documented with the delivery teams and released as each client approves. Each is written to the same nine fields before it appears here.
