Venkat Jandhyala

Enterprise data, cloud & AI · 26+ years

Venkat Jandhyala is Chief Technology Officer and Advisor at Novetum, providing the technology vision behind the company's data, cloud, and AI services. A 26-year technology executive, he pairs the strategic judgment of an IIM alumnus with the hands-on depth of an enterprise architect.

He led the data and migration architecture for SAG-AFTRA's pension system modernization, moving nearly 70 years of history to a modern microservices platform. At Pfizer, he built a 20 TB+ data warehouse and master data management across 13 countries. His work also spans Boeing, Verizon, GSK, and Oracle.

A corporate trainer and guest faculty at IIM and IIT, Venkat believes most enterprise programs succeed or fail at the data layer, so he insists the foundation is proven before anything is built on top of it.
